No, we have deliberately left our baking protein unsweetened, so that you can also create savoury and salty dishes.

Can I drink The Bakery Whey as a shake too?

Yes, of course, but bear in mind that it has the neutral whey protein taste, which is not to everyone's liking. People with an intolerance to sweeteners and other additives in particular use The Bakery Whey as a post-workout shake.

Why do I need a special baking protein?

With our special baking protein you can add a good portion of high-quality whey protein to ordinary recipes, the kind you know from your mum, without any further adjustments. Unlike conventional protein shakes, this baking protein does not thicken your dough any further.
