Description

If you give everything in training every day, you also need the right basics – and that is exactly what we developed Code 3 for. The combination of high-dose omega-3 fish oil, vitamin D3, K2 (MK7) and vitamin E covers four central building blocks of your daily supply in a single formula. Made in Germany, with 240 softgels per pack you are supplied for a full 120 days – two capsules a day give you 1,125mg omega-3, 1,000 I.U. vitamin D3, 50µg vitamin K2 and 12mg vitamin E. Basic supply has never been this simple.

Your Code 3 at a glance:

  • 1,125mg omega-3 per day (750mg EPA + 375mg DHA) from high-quality fish oil

  • 50µg vitamin K2 as MK7 (67% of the daily requirement) for optimal calcium utilisation

Nutrition expert

As a nutrition consultant I regularly recommend a high-quality omega-3 supplement to my clients - and the Iron Brothers Code 3 is one of my personal favourites. What convinced me: the combination of omega-3, D3, K2 and vitamin E in a single capsule makes daily supplementation so much easier. I take 2 softgels before breakfast every day, and that fits into my morning routine very smoothly. The capsules are pleasant to swallow - no unpleasant fishy taste, which puts many people off fish oil. The fact that the product is Made in Germany gives me extra confidence as a consultant when it comes to quality and purity. What I explain to my clients in particular: the K2 as MK7 is decisive, so that the calcium absorbed thanks to D3 really gets into the bones instead of being deposited in the wrong places. 1,000 IU of D3 a day is also a dosage that is really relevant at our latitudes - especially in the dark months. A small note for sensitive stomachs: better to take it with a slightly larger meal. For anyone who wants to cover their basic supply with a single product, Code 3 is my clear go-to.
Hochdosiertes Omega-3 aus Fischöl - Code 3 von Iron Brothers

750mg EPA + 375mg DHA daily

High-dose omega-3 from fish oil

Omega-3 fatty acids are among the best researched nutrients there are - and yet the majority of people get far too little of them. Code 3 delivers 750mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 375mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per daily serving: two essential fatty acids your body cannot produce itself. EPA contributes to normal heart function, DHA supports normal brain function and vision. The practical softgels are easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant fishy taste - it is best to take them before a meal containing fat for optimal absorption.
D3, K2 & Vitamin E – das optimale Trio - Code 3 von Iron Brothers

Because good vitamins should work together

D3, K2 & vitamin E - the optimal trio

Vitamin D3 and K2 are a well-practised team: while D3 promotes the absorption of calcium from the gut, K2 as MK7 makes sure the calcium really ends up in your bones - and not in the walls of your vessels. With 1,000 IU of D3 and 50µg of K2 a day you give your body both vitamins in a sensible dose - particularly relevant in months with little sun. Added to that is vitamin E as natural D-alpha tocopherol: with 12mg a day and 100% of the daily requirement it protects your cells effectively against oxidative stress. Made in Germany to the highest quality standards.
