That means immediate supply for your muscles AND lasting satiety.

  • Perfect for savoury sauces - carbonara, alfredo & co. with protein power
  • Ideal for sweet creations - desserts and puddings with extra protein
  • A creamy consistency - real cream powder for an authentic taste
  • Versatile for baking - protein muffins, cakes and more
  • 2,250 FCC lactase - easy to digest, even with a sensitive stomach
  • For soups & bakes - creamy enjoyment with a protein boost

Nutrition information

Do you have questions?

Does baking protein have the same nutritional values as normal whey?

A little more, in fact: unlike our Whey Protein shakes, The Bakery does entirely without flavouring and colourings, which in turn leaves more room for protein.

Does The Bakery Whey contain sweeteners?

No, we have deliberately left our baking protein unsweetened, so that you can also create savoury and salty dishes.

Can I drink The Bakery Whey as a shake too?

Yes, of course, but bear in mind that it has the neutral whey protein taste, which is not to everyone's liking. People with an intolerance to sweeteners and other additives in particular use The Bakery Whey as a post-workout shake.

Why do I need a special baking protein?

With our special baking protein you can add a good portion of high-quality whey protein to ordinary recipes, the kind you know from your mum, without any further adjustments. Unlike conventional protein shakes, this baking protein does not thicken your dough any further.

Fitness trainer & strength athlete

As a nutrition expert I particularly recommend Cooking Protein Cream to people who want to eat consciously or lose weight. It solves the classic problem: eating more protein without giving up taste. With 35.6g of high-quality protein at only 200 calories per serving it is perfect for anyone who wants to keep their macros under control.

My clients love the versatility - whether as a creamy pasta sauce, in protein pancakes or as a shake after training. The real cream powder provides an authentic taste, while the lactase enzyme ensures better tolerability. When losing weight it is worth its weight in gold: you can make normal dishes more protein-rich without wasting extra calories.

The only 'downside'? My clients turn into creative hobby cooks and keep sharing new recipes with me! For conscious eating without giving up taste it is my clear recommendation.

Perfect for hearty pasta sauces such as carbonara with 35g of extra protein, creamy soups for a velvety consistency with added value, bakes and gratins for a protein-rich topping, or sweet desserts and puddings for guilt-free indulgence. Ideal for coffee specialities too - your protein cappuccino in the morning becomes a real game-changer. Preparation is child's play: 50g of powder with 190ml of water - ready in seconds, usable in all kinds of ways. For extra creaminess just let it swell for 5 minutes.

    Einfach super
