Nutrition information

Do you have questions?

How much caffeine is in Energy Aminos?

Our Energy Aminos use pure caffeine as well as caffeine from organic guarana. In total one serving delivers around 200mg of caffeine, which is roughly the amount in 2-3 strong cups of coffee.

What exactly is N-acetyl-L-tyrosine?

This premium acetyl compound of the amino acid L-tyrosine is a precursor of the neurotransmitter dopamine. Supplementation can increase dopamine synthesis considerably. The effect is a heightened feeling of happiness and motivation.

Can too much Energy Aminos be harmful?

As with any caffeinated drink, you should consume this one in moderation too. Taking too much can lead to sleep problems and a racing heart.

Do I need a shaker for Energy Aminos?

No, when developing our amino acid products we put a lot of emphasis on fast solubility in water. That means you can dissolve the tasty Energy Aminos straight in your glass or bottle.

When should I take Energy Aminos?

The effect of this booster sets in fairly quickly, so you can take it about a quarter of an hour before your training, an important exam or work. Energy Aminos also work excellently as an intra-workout drink.

How long does the effect of Energy Aminos last?

Depending on how hard you are working, the invigorating effect of our Energy Aminos lasts about 2-4 hours.
