Description

Anyone who trains seriously knows the feeling: the diet is right, but the quark tastes like a duty. Flavour Powder changes that with one spoonful. Built on the fibre inulin and sweetened with sucralose, it turns quark, skyr, porridge or your shake into something you look forward to. You choose from 20 flavours: creamy and fine like Vanilla Cream, Lemon Sorbet or Honey Yoghurt, or with real chunks like Biscuit Cheesecake, Hazelnut Sandwich or Take a Break. Depending on the flavour, a 3 g serving brings only 5 to 11 kcal and less than 1 g of sugar. Every flavour also contains the enzyme lactase.

Your Flavour Powder at a glance:

  • 20 flavours: creamy or with real chunks
  • Only 5 to 11 kcal per 3 g serving, depending on the flavour
  • Less than 1 g of sugar and at most around 1 g of carbohydrates per serving
  • Inulin base, sweetened with sucralose
  • With lactase in every flavour

I have had low-fat quark almost every evening for years, and without Flavour Powder I would never have kept it up. My routine: 250 g quark, a dash of milk, one serving of Vanilla Cream or Lemon Sorbet, stir and let it stand for two minutes. Then the quark is really creamy and tastes like a dessert. At the weekend I go for Biscuit Cheesecake or Hazelnut Sandwich, because the chunks give exactly the bite I otherwise miss with sweets. I always explain to my clients: good taste does not have to cost a lot of calories. They are in the sugar and the fat, not in the flavouring. Depending on the flavour, a serving of Flavour Powder has 5 to 11 kcal, which barely counts in a quark bowl. That keeps the balance clean and you still look forward to your food. My tip: if it is not intense enough for you, do not reach for more powder straight away, let it stand for a few minutes. The taste gets stronger over time. And for pancakes or mug cakes you simply stir the serving straight into the batter.

Creamy or crunchy

Real chocolate chunks. Real biscuit. Real brittle.

Flavour Powder brings two worlds together under one name. The creamy flavours like Vanilla Cream, Strawberry Icecream or Lemon Sorbet dissolve finely and give your quark a rounded dessert taste. Honey Yoghurt and Tiramisu Dream additionally use skyr and cream powder. If you want some bite, reach for the flavours with real chunks: caramel biscuit in Biscuit Cheesecake, brittle and wafer in Hazelnut Sandwich, chocolate wafer in Take a Break, coconut flakes and white chocolate in Coconut Dream or cinnamon cereal in Cinnamon Cereal. The base of inulin and plant-based fat powder makes your meal noticeably creamier. Stir in your serving and let it stand briefly, then the full flavour comes through.

Plenty of flavour, few calories

Inulin as the base. Sucralose for the sweetness. Lactase included.

The basis of every flavour is inulin, a dietary fibre. Sucralose provides the sweetness, which is why every serving stays under 1 g of sugar, even in the flavours with chocolate, caramel or biscuit. At 3 g per serving your meal barely changes: depending on the flavour 5 to 11 kcal and at most around 1 g of carbohydrates. On top of that every flavour contains the enzyme lactase, which breaks down milk sugar. Flavour Powder is made in Germany to the highest German quality standards. A 250 g tub is enough for 83 servings — almost three months at one serving a day.
